Join our crew as a Ground Support and Truck Driver (non-CDL). This role focuses on safe and efficient jobsite support, equipment handling, and manual transmission truck operation. A safe driving record is required, and diesel or engine knowledge is a plus. It’s an excellent entry point into arboriculture with opportunities to learn everything from fine pruning and plant health care to large hazard removals. Climbing isn’t required, but training is available for those interested in growing into that role.
We are seeking an Arborist/Climber to join our professional tree care team. This position involves technical climbing, pruning, and removals with an emphasis on safety, precision, and tree health. Candidates must be qualified to become an ISA Certified Arborist, with current ISA credentials considered a strong plus. Prior climbing or tree crew experience, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to ecological and high-quality tree care are also expected. Ongoing training, year-round work, and opportunities for advancement are available.
