We are actively looking to add a dependable crew member to our team! This position is for Ground Support and Truck Driving (non-CDL size trucks) with opportunities to grow into more specialized arborist work.

About the Work
Based in Indianola, we work primarily in North Kitsap and Bainbridge Island. Our projects range from fine ornamental pruning and ecological tree care to large hazard removals and production tree service. No two days are the same – we do it all.

 

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Tree crew or forestry experience

• Diesel and small engine knowledge

• Familiarity with chainsaws, chippers, and rigging

• Interest in tree care, ecology, plant health care, and fine pruning

• Strong work ethic and reliability, must be able to be on time

• Team player with good communication skills

• Safety-minded in all aspects of the job

• Willingness to learn and grow with the company

 

Details

• Ground support & Truck Driving (non-CDL)

• Year Round Work, Tuesday - Friday ~8am - 5pm

• Most work located in North Kitsap / Bainbridge Island

• Competitive pay depending on experience

Climbing is not required. However, if you’re interested in learning to climb, we can provide training and support to help you grow into that role.
